Mental health describes a level of psychological well-being, or an absence of a mental disorder. Mental health may include an individual's ability to enjoy life, and create a balance between life activities and efforts to achieve psychological resilience. Mental health can also be defined as an expression of emotions, and as signifying a successful adaptation to a range of demands. There are different types of mental health problems, some of which are common, such as depression and anxiety disorders, and some not so common, such as schizophrenia and Bipolar disorder.

Melanoma is the most dangerous form of skin cancer. Melanoma are cancerous growths that develop when damaged skin cells' DNA mutates and begin to multiply rapidly into malignant tumors.
Melanoma often resemble moles, sometimes developing from existing moles. Melanoma is caused mainly by intense, occasional UV exposure (frequently leading to sunburn), especially in those who are genetically predisposed to the disease.
Melanoma kills an estimated 8,790 people in the US annually.

May is Lupus Awareness Month -- a time for everyone to come together to raise awareness of lupus, an unpredictable and sometimes fatal disease, and show support for the estimated 1.5 million Americans and at least five million people worldwide affected by the disease. As part of Lupus Awareness Month activities, World Lupus Day is observed on May 10 -- a day when the global lupus community rallies to bring greater attention to this terrible disease.

Cancers of the brain are the consequence of abnormal growths of cells in the brain. Brain cancers can arise from primary brain cells, the cells that form other brain components (for example, membranes, blood vessels), or from the growth of cancer cells that develop in other organs and that have spread to the brain by the bloodstream (metastatic brain cancer).
Although many growths in the brain are popularly called brain tumors, not all brain tumors are cancerous. Cancer is a term reserved for malignant tumors.

At its heart, Mother’s Day is deeply spiritual because it honors the divine qualities embodied by mothers: creation, nurturing, sacrifice, and unconditional love. In spiritual traditions around the world, the mother archetype represents the Divine Feminine the energy of compassion, healing, intuition, and boundless support. When we celebrate our mothers, grandmothers, and maternal figures, we are also honoring:
*The bond between a mother and child is often described as one of the deepest soul connections.
A mother’s love is often the first experience we have of unconditional, unwavering love
*Mother’s Day invites us not only to express gratitude for the women who nurtured us but also if you are not a mother, you have a mother, so honor this day and reflect on the gifts of love, support, and compassion that shaped your live.

Memorial Day ia the day that's set aside to remember with Gratitude and Pride all those who served and died for Our Country and our Freedom. Fill the Day with Memories of Loved Ones and the Peace of God.
May God Continue To Bless America!
